THE ROLE

As part of our growth strategy, New Century Education are seeking to recruit exceptional Homeroom Teachers to join our Al Ain and Abu Dhabi schools for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The candidates will be passionate about education and inspirational leaders with extensive experience, ideally in the US curriculum, although we will consider exceptional candidates from other curricula.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

• At least 2 years of teaching experience

• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE, U.S teachers license or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge

• A high proficiency in English language is essential

• Experience of working in a K-12 American curriculum school or international educational setting would be advantageous, although not essential

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form

• Collaborative team player, empathetic listener and strategic thinker

• Flexible and capable of managing growth and instilling high standards

• Adept in multilingual settings, spirited, pioneering, professional and nurturing
